Camp Pendleton

Central Texas College (CTC) is a public, open-admission, two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in academic, professional and vocational/technical fields. As a participant of the Servicemembers Opportunity College system, Central Texas College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The CTC main campus is located in Killeen, Texas.
CTC is committed to providing quality education to all members of the military and civilian communities at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and surrounding areas. Our students can choose from five degree plans and our staff helps guide them to define and achieve their educational goals.
Our faculty and staff share a commitment to the personal development of every student. The Camp Pendleton Center offers five 8-week terms throughout the year. Most courses are taught in the evenings, at lunchtime or on weekends. All courses are open to the public. Tuition for on-site classes is $110 per credit hour.
We also offer classes for students who are in a deployed status as well as online at $140 per credit hour.

CTC may grant credit through evaluation of College Level Entrance Program (CLEP) scores and college entrance scores (ACT/SAT). Also, CTC is one of the largest writers of Service members Opportunity College (SOC) Agreements and also participates in SOCAD-2. Under this program, you can take courses with CTC and transfer them for full credit to another SOC institution.
